Cancellation Policy

At Creative Image Signatures, we provide professional creative services with a commitment to quality, reliability, and excellence. The following policies apply to all bookings and services. Booking & Payment - A deposit or full payment is required to confirm any booking. - Services are not guaranteed until payment is received. - Any outstanding balance must be paid before or on the service date. Cancellation & Refund Policy We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: - Eligible for a full refund, or - Option to reschedule at no additional cost - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: - Non-refundable - A new booking and payment will be required Rescheduling - One-time rescheduling is allowed at no cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. - Requests made within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. - Rescheduled services must be completed within 30 days of the original date. Late Arrival / Delays - Clients must be on time for scheduled services. - Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. - Excessive delays may be treated as a no-show, and the service may be canceled without refund. No-Show Policy Failure to attend or be available for your scheduled service without notice will result in loss of payment. A new booking will be required. Service Delivery - Delivery timelines vary depending on the service provided. - Clients will be informed of expected turnaround times in advance. - Final deliverables will be provided digitally unless otherwise agreed. Creative Rights & Usage - Creative Image Signatures retains ownership and rights to all content produced unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Clients are granted appropriate usage rights based on the service purchased. Client Responsibility - Clients must provide accurate information and be prepared for their scheduled service. - Any special requests must be communicated in advance. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances Creative Image Signatures is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies, technical issues). In such cases: - Services will be rescheduled, or - A refund may be issued at our discretion Agreement By booking any service with Creative Image Signatures, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these policies.
