To provide the highest level of detail and creative direction for your project, we require a non-refundable initial fee. This formalizes your request and ensures our senior producers dedicate the necessary time to build your custom production roadmap and reserve your preferred dates in our studio calendar.

Booking, Payment & Refund Policy
To initiate any production project, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date and enable our team to begin pre-production. This includes the sourcing of materials, allocation of studio time, and scheduling of personnel.
Refund Policy
All initial payments are eligible for a refund only if a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment. After this 48-hour window, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable, as production resources and logistics will have already been committed.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients are permitted one (1) date change after the initial payment has been made. All payments made will be transferred to the rescheduled date. Additional date changes beyond the first request will not be accommodated and may require a new booking fee.
Final Payments & Cancellations
Any subsequent payments made toward the project are also subject to a 48-hour notice period prior to the scheduled production date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable. Once within this 48-hour window, the booking is considered final and non-cancellable.

Includes custom proposal, logistics planning, and site scout coordination. Fee is deducted from the final project total upon booking.
